Greg Nunley — President & Owner

Greg Nunley is the president and owner of Technical Roof Services. Greg has over 35 years of experience in the roof deck, roofing and sheet metal industry, including both residential and commercial work primarily in the North Texas area. During his 35 years of experience, Greg has consulted with roofing and roof deck projects in over 28 states nationwide.

Greg spent the first 21 years in the roof deck, roofing and sheet metal business working for Deck Applicators of Irving, Texas. Deck Applicators installed Loadmaster metal roof decks, roofing of all types and sheet metal flashings. After Deck Applicators was sold to another company, Greg decided to start his own company in 1996.

Technical Roof Services provides complete roof deck, roofing, waterproofing, and sheet metal consulting services to the residential and commercial community.

These are photos of a bank in Dallas that we consulted on. This was a complete removal of the existing roof on a mid-rise bank building in Dallas, TX. A new Soprema insulated roofing system fully adhered to the concrete deck was installed with a granular modified bit roofing system.

This roof of this building was hail damaged and needed to be replaced. The roof system was completely removed down to the concrete deck on this high-rise credit union building. A new Soprema insulated roofing system fully adhered to the concrete deck was installed with a granular modified bit roofing system.

This project required a complete removal of both existing roof systems down to the metal deck. We mechanically attached a new Loadmaster insulated roof deck system and Loadmaster Terminator System with torch down Soprema modified bit granular roof system.

This project required a complete removal of both existing roofs down to the metal deck. The roof system was replaced with a new Loadmaster insulated roof deck system and a three-ply built up roof system with gravel. This project also required replacing of the standing seam metal roof and rotten wood decking.

This roof was hail damaged and required replacement, so it was completely removed down to metal deck and replaced with a Loadmaster insulated roof system and a Loadmaster Terminator System and a modified bit roof system.

Hail damaged the standing seam metal roof and shingle roof on this church facility. All roof materials were completely removed and replaced with new standing seam metal roof. All flat roof areas were reroofed using modified bit roofing system.

Completely removed old ballasted single-ply roof system down to the concrete deck. Replaced it with a new, fully adhered insulated Soprema torch down modified bit roof system.
